Yes, all orders are sent via Australia Post Express Shipping network. 

All orders over $45 within Australia and NZ receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home. If you do not wish to give authority to leave your parcel unattended, please let us know in the 'Notes to seller' section of the website and it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office

Orders are not always sent on the day, all orders are processed and sent within 2 days following.

We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand USA (A$10 fee) and UK (A$20 fee)

HELP! I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS.

If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing care@moonbeam.skin.com with your order number or the name you ordered under. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can easily change your address. If your parcel has already been sent a $20 ‘return to sender’ fee will unfortunately charged (this is an Australia Post fee).
